Which shipping companies do you work with?

For domestic deliveries within Turkey, we work with Aras Kargo, Sürat Kargo, HepsiJet, and Yurtiçi Kargo.

For international deliveries, we ship via Navlungo using DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, and PTT.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic orders within Turkey are delivered in 1-4 business days on average.
International shipments are dispatched from Turkey via air cargo and delivered within approximately 5-10 business days, depending on the destination country.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact fee is calculated and charged during checkout based on your country.

How do customs duties work?
  • USA: Customs duties are collected and paid by SoketsanShop.
  • EU Countries: For orders up to €150, customs duties are paid by SoketsanShop and no additional charges apply to the customer. For orders above €150, customs and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Other Countries: The buyer is responsible for any customs duties payable upon delivery in their country.
  • Turkey: VAT and taxes are collected during checkout, and no additional charges apply.
How can I be sure I am ordering the correct part?

Before placing an order, you should confirm the compatibility by providing your vehicle’s VIN number or by checking the product’s part number.

What happens if I order the wrong product?

The customer is responsible for incorrect orders. However, the product can be returned under our return policy. Please note that return shipping and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, Soketsan provides a 1-year parts warranty for all automotive wiring harnesses it manufactures.
