1) Subject
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) regulates the rights and obligations of the Buyer (“BUYER”) regarding the sale, delivery, and other matters of the products (“Product/Products”) purchased via the website www.soketsanshop.com. By accepting this Agreement, the Buyer agrees to pay the product price and any applicable fees using the selected payment method.

3) Customs, VAT, and Other Charges
- USA: Customs duties are collected and paid by SoketsanShop.
- EU Countries: Customs duties up to €150 are collected and paid by SoketsanShop. For orders up to 150 Euros, the customer is exempt from paying additional taxes. Orders above €150 are the responsibility of the Buyer for customs and VAT.
- Other Countries: The Buyer is responsible for any customs duties upon product delivery.
- Turkey: VAT and taxes are collected at checkout; no additional taxes apply.
4) Payment Procedures
1. Credit/Debit Card Payments:
All purchases via SoketsanShop are processed using a secure payment infrastructure. Payments are handled via Iyzico and PayTR, compliant with international security standards. Visa, MasterCard, and other widely used Credit/Debit Cards are accepted.
2. Alternative Payment Methods: Bank and Local Transfers
For customers who prefer not to use Credit/Debit Cards, we offer local transfer options that are either free or low-cost, depending on the region. **When making a payment, you must include your [Order Number] in the payment description or reference field.**

b) International Local Transfers (Free/Low-Cost)

These methods are typically faster and free of charge for customers compared to international **SWIFT transfers**.

- All transfer fees are to be paid by the sender.

5) Delivery Procedures
International Shipping: SoketsanShop partners with Navlungo to provide fast and reliable international delivery. Shipping to the USA, EU, and UK is available at economical rates; delivery times may be longer than standard services. For faster delivery, DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, and PTT express services are available.
Türkiye Shipping: Shipments are made via Aras Kargo, Sürat Kargo, Hepsijet Kargo, and Yurtiçi Kargo. Delivery times and costs depend on the selected carrier.
6) Returns and Withdrawal Rights
For international sales, delivery and withdrawal rights are determined according to the legal regulations of the Buyer’s country. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.
In Türkiye, buyers have 14 days of withdrawal rights. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.
7) Personal Data / GDPR
For international buyers, GDPR and other relevant data protection laws (EU, UK, USA, etc.) apply. Personal data is processed, stored, and shared according to applicable data protection regulations.
For Türkiye customers, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data applies.
8) Product Warranty and Brand Declaration
This product is not an original part of the related vehicle brand. The product is a technically compatible equivalent part produced by Soketsan. Warranty and after-sales service are the sole responsibility of Soketsan.
9) Order Responsibility and Warranty
The Buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the products and parts before placing an order. To ensure the correct selection, the Buyer should contact the Seller. The Seller checks the compatibility of the part using the vehicle’s VIN number. The Buyer can also verify the product’s part number against their vehicle’s part number. The Buyer is fully responsible for any incorrect or incompatible orders.
Soketsan provides a 1-year parts warranty for automotive wiring harnesses.
10) Legal Basis / Laws
International: This Agreement is subject to international sales contracts, INCOTERMS, and general consumer rights. Delivery and withdrawal rights are determined according to the Buyer’s country.
Turkey: Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and Distance Sales Regulation.
In case of disputes, arbitration institutions located in Ankara, Turkey, have jurisdiction.
